Ready Suit Go is our (12 week) Job Readiness Training Program.

Every Tuesday night we meet with participants in this program. We teach these ladies life and job skills. The program is 12 weeks long. Each lady  is required to attend at least 10 out of the 12 classes to graduate. Upon completion of the program, Shoppe 3130 celebrates with the women at a small graduation. We give each woman a Certificate of Completion, a gift basket (filled with gifts from local businesses), as well as 5 complete outfits from Shoppe 3130 (and an appointment with a personal shopper).

Each woman leaves this program with new knowledge, a top notch resume in hand, and resources at her fingertips.

Community Resourcing

Shoppe 3130 is not a job agency. We are a training ministry. We offer Christ centered life and job skills training. We empower women though training and resourcing. We believe there is great value in what we each earn on our own. We offer a hand up and not a hand out.
